earned his claim to fame. Since 1987, Capt. Gene Nigro has been
offering the best in 6-man charters. He specializes in striped
bass fishing and has written numerous articles for the Fisherman
Magazine on the subject. He has also conducted numerous seminars
on striped bass fishing. He has been appointed as an International
Game Fish Association State Representative for New Jersey. Capt.
Gene hold a US Coast Guard 100 Ton Master License.
 
The Phantom was designed for
fishing. Plenty of room for all six persons to fish
comfortably. The Phantom features a stand-up head,
heated cabin, a 12'x17' cockpit, rod holders, cutting board and drink
holders.
